Kombu rishiri is a flat, brown, edible Japanese seaweed. Kombu nori seaweed has a very rich flavor. It is used in Japanese cuisine, particularly to make excellent dashi. The seaweed is also used to garnish various Japanese dishes.
This kombu rishiri is carefully cultivated in the north of the island of Hokkaido.
The Nishibe Nori brand specializes in the production of seaweed-related food products.
Kombu Rishiri is a 100% Japanese seaweed. Made in Japan.
Storage: in a dry or cool place, away from light.
NISHIBE NORI - Kombu Rishiri from Hokkaido 270g
Ingredients: kombu rishiri (Hokkaido)
Preparation :
- Heat 1L of water, in which you will immerse 20g of kombu rishiri
- Remove the kombu just before boiling, your dashi is ready
Storage: Keep in a dry environment once opened (don't worry if the seaweed is slightly covered with a white powder, this is normal)
