Product Description

The Zwilling Fresh & Save is an 800ml vacuum bento box manufactured by Zwilling J.A. Henckels, a world-renowned premium German brand recognized for professional-quality kitchen utensils. This innovative black lunch box features a vacuum preservation system that maintains food freshness, flavors, and nutrients up to 5 times longer than conventional containers. The complete set includes the main box (800ml), a cutlery set, a small 50ml sauce container, a holding band, and a vacuum-sealed lid (separate Zwilling vacuum pump required for vacuum function). Perfect for Japanese office workers, students, and health-conscious families.

The Fresh & Save system allows you to prepare your bento the night before: once vacuum-sealed, vegetables stay crisp, fruits retain their freshness, and prepared dishes maintain their authentic taste without oxidation. The main box and removable compartments are microwave-safe (without lid, maximum 5 minutes), freezer-safe (-20°C), and dishwasher-safe (except lid and clips). Heat resistance up to 100°C (excluding cutlery and lid gasket). Compact dimensions (20.7 × 12.3 × 9.8 cm) fit all bags. Caution: certain gas-producing foods (raw onion/garlic, fermented cheeses, coffee beans) are not suitable for vacuum storage.
