Resume:

Japanese cobalt alloyed steel "gyuto" knife, double edge.
The shape of the gyuto knife was introduced in Japan in the middle of the 18th century along with the habit of eating beef. Although it is primarily used for cutting meat, it can also be used for cutting fish and vegetables.

Cobalt alloy steel is used for the core and 13-chromium stainless steel for the sides, making it both sharp and easy to clean.
The handle is made of a reinforced laminate material used for outdoor knives, which resists aging and wear. The junction between the blade and the handle is equipped with a hygienic and durable tip to prevent dirt accumulation.
