Otsuka - Soyjoy Peanut
Otsuka Pharmaceutical has developed "SOYJOY," a portable bar-type soy food that uses whole soybeans ground into flour using a technology that processes whole soybeans without sacrificing taste, and then uses the soybean flour as the dough.
SOYJOY is made from whole soybeans without wheat flour, which is rich in nutrients.
SOYJOY is easy to eat and does not spill. Easy to carry and store.
Low GI food.
Gluten-free (according to U.S. FDA standards).
Firm texture of rough peanuts.
1/4 cut in sugar content compared to conventional peanut products.
*The lower the GI value, the gentler the absorption of carbohydrates, so it is said to be less fattening.
