The noodles are extra-thick noodles that were newly developed to reproduce the characteristics of Utsunomiya yakisoba. The sauce, which is the decisive factor in the taste, is a blend of a special sauce from "Tsukiboshi Foods" in Tochigi Prefecture, resulting in a refreshing taste with a good balance of sourness and sweetness. Cabbage and kamaboko are used as ingredients, and fresh red pickled ginger is attached.
