Dashi is the staple broth of Japanese cuisine. Used in a large number of Japanese dishes (udon, soba, ramen, miso soup, etc.), it is generally made from konbu seaweed and dried bonito flakes (but the ingredients and recipe can vary). It is often found commercially in powder form, but also in granules, sachets, or even ready-made in bottles.
Made from 100% local raw materials. Free from chemical seasonings, synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and synthetic colors.
