Double-edged knife made of Japanese cobalt-alloy steel.
Perfect for peeling vegetables and fruits, as well as cutting fish and meat.
Cobalt alloy steel is used for the core and 13-chrome stainless steel for the sides, making it both sharp and easy to clean.
The handle is made of a reinforced laminated material used for outdoor knives, which is resistant to aging and wear. The junction between the blade and the handle is equipped with a hygienic and durable tip to prevent dirt accumulation.
Made in Japan.
