Sanuki udon is a traditional dish from Kagawa Prefecture. It consists of thick Japanese noodles, which are bathed in a typical Japanese broth called "tsuyu". Sanuki udon noodles are square in shape and have a soft, chewy texture.

The Kawada Seimen brand specialises in the production of quality udon noodles.
