Preparation:
- Cold noodles: cook the noodles in 2L of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes, then switch to cold water, so that the noodles are at room temperature (or even cold)
- Hot noodles: cook the noodles in 2L of boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes
