ITSUKI FOODS - Soba 160g

Ingredients: buckwheat flour, wheat flour, wheat protein, salt, yam flour / processed starch, thickener (alginate ester)

Preparation:

Cold noodles: cook the noodles in 2L of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes, then switch to cold water, so that the noodles are at room temperature (or even cold)
Hot noodles: cook the noodles in 2L of boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes
