MEIJI - Medium Spicy Instant Curry with Vegetables (Eggplant and Tomatoes)
Japanese curry, called "kare" or "kari" in Japan, is one of the most popular and widely consumed dishes in the country. It is thicker, milder, and less spicy than Indian curry. The ingredients commonly used to make it are meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, and, for an even milder, slightly sweeter flavor, apples and honey can also be added.
In Japan it can be found in two forms: in cubes, where you will actually have to cook the curry, or in a ready-made sachet to cook in renji (a Japanese microwave option) or in a pan of boiling water.
The Meiji brand is extremely popular for all its food products in Japan.

Preparation (optional):
- In a saucepan: 5 minutes in boiling water
- In the microwave (out of the bag, on a plate): 1 minute 40 seconds at 500 watts or 1 minute 30 seconds at 600 watts
