One of Hokkaido's three major ramen, Hakodate ramen is reproduced with cup noodles. The umami of pork and chicken is combined with the umami of seafood such as kelp and scallops from Hokkaido, creating a refreshing yet deep flavor. The non-fried noodles boast a smooth and chewy texture, and the combination of medium-thin noodles and refreshing salty soup is outstanding. In addition to char siu, bamboo shoots, and green onions, we added “wheat gluten” to bring it closer to the authentic taste.
