MISSION - Blue Curry Fujisan (mount Fuji)
Japanese curry, called "kare" or "kari" in Japan, is one of the most popular and widely consumed dishes in the country. It is thicker, milder and less spicy than Indian curry. The ingredients usually used to make it are meat, potatoes, carrots, onions and, if you want to make it taste even softer and slightly sweeter, you can also add apples and honey.
It can be found in Japan in two forms: in cubes and you will have to actually cook the curry, or in the form of a bag already prepared to be cooked in the renji (option of the Japanese microwave) or in a pot of boiling water.
Japanese import.
