MINARI - Furikake Umeboshi
Furikake is a condiment that is used by sprinkling it on hot rice, onigiri or noodles (soba, udon). It is usually presented in the form of flakes and there are many different flavors. This furikake is made with umeboshi.
Umeboshi are Japanese salted plums that have been soaked in salt and shiso leaves. They are particularly appreciated by the Japanese for their salty and very acid taste.
